SHANGHAI- Mindshare (传立媒体) China has promoted Linda Lin(林红霞, pictured) and Asmita Dubey to Managing Directors of Mindshare Shanghai and Mindshare Beijing respectively, with immediate effect.
They will report directly to SiewPing Lim, Vice President, Mindshare China.
Linda Lin takes over from Andrew Carter, who has been appointed National Tactical Planning Head, GroupM China.Linda began her media career with Ogilvy in Shanghai in 1995. She has been with Mindshare since its creation in 1997 and has worked with clients including Unilever, Yum, SAP, President, Unicharm, Nippon Paint, Conba, Inbev and Golden Partner. In her previous role, Linda was Deputy Leader of Mindshare Shanghai.

She has skillfully managed both local and multinational accounts, including our agency’s biggest client for many years, Linda’s strength in business planning and her extensive local market knowledge and understanding will stand her in good stead in her new role, “ said SiewPing Lim.
Asmita Dubey takes over from SiewPing Lim. She has been working in advertising and media agencies for 13 years, in the Middle East, India and China. She started her career in India with Dentsu Young and Rubicam in 1997, and then spent a year with Starcom Mumbai; and another five years with Universal McCann in India and the Middle East.
She joined Mindshare Guangzhou in 2005. Her last role was Deputy Leader, Mindshare Beijing since 2008. Throughout her career, Asmita has worked with key clients like Johnson and Johnson, Pepsico, McDonald’s, Nestle, L’Oreal, Boots, Reckitt Benckiser, Heinz, LG, AT&T, Cisco, Suzuki, Ericsson, UPS, HSBC, Allianz, BP, Bausch and Lomb.
